Coconut Caramel Sauce

A nice short Bitesize recipe. This is my Healthy Caramel Sauce made of Coconut products.

Coconut Caramel Sauce
Time 7 mins | Makes 1 Cup

  • 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Syrup
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • pinch Himalayan Salt
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Cream (extra)


Start by adding the Coconut Sugar, Syrup and the first 2 tbsp of Coconut Cream to a small saucepan and Stir over a high heat until the Sugar dissolves and it begins to boil. Once boiling, reduce to a low heat, add the Vanilla and Salt then continue stirring for 5 mins making sure it doesn’t stick. Finally take the Sauce off the heat, add in the last 2 tbsp of Coconut Cream and stir it in.

Serve with anything you like really, though it does go well with my Banana Coconut Bread.
