My Maca balls are a really healthy snack that is great for parties or to give as a gift. In this recipe we use Maca powder which not only tastes great but is also rich in essential minerals.
Time 10 mins | Makes 12
- 1/2 cup Almonds
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1/2 cup Dates (soaked in boiling water for 20 mins and drained)
- 1 tbsp Maca Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Naked Ginger or anything else to put inside the balls (optional)
- Dark Chocolate, or anything you want to decorate with (optional)
Start by adding all ingredients to the blender and blend to a firm paste. Next take teaspoons of mixture and roll into balls. Next insert the Ginger or whatever else you want into the balls and seal the hole. To finish dip in melted Dark Chocolate and dust with extra Maca Powder.
