This is my Son’s recipe for Healthier Blondies. Made mainly from Oats which are great to keep blood sugar steady and they also give you plenty of energy. These would make a great snack for a kids party.
Time 20 mins | Serves 8 – 12
- 2 1/2 cups Oats
- 1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup (or Coconut Syrup)
- 1/2 cup Rice Bran Oil
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 100g chopped Dark Chocolate
First preheat the oven to 180°C.
Start by adding all the Ingredients except the Chocolate to a food processor and combine. Once combined fold in the Chocolate. Transfer the mixture to a baking tin and cook for 10 – 15 mins.
