A variation on one of my favourite café drinks. My Iced Mocha Milkshake is the best thing to unwind and relax at the end of a long day.
Iced Mocha Milkshake
Time 5 mins | Serves 1
- 1/4 cup chopped Dark Chocolate
- 1 tbsp Coffee Powder
- 1/4 cup Boiling Water
- 1 cup Almond Milk (or any other milk)
- 2 scoops Chocolate Icecream (I use Almond based Ice cream)
- pinch of Cinnamon and Nutmeg
Start by combining the Chocolate, Coffee and Water in a bowl and leave to sit. After a couple of minutes just stir to melt and combine. Next add the chocolate mixture and the rest of the ingredients to a blender and blend altogether.
Serve in a glass over ice and top with some whipped coconut cream.
