This is the easiest way to make perfect Whipped Coconut Cream every time. This is a great alternative to regular whipped cream and it goes with just about every dessert.
Whipped Coconut Cream
Time 10 mins | Makes 1 cup
- 1 can Lite Coconut Cream (left in the fridge overnight)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (or any flavouring you like, coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, cacao, etc.)
To make the whipped coconut cream first place your mixing bowl in the freezer for 5 mins as a cold bowl produces a better result. Now open your can of coconut cream and scoop out the thick part of the cream and place in the bowl. Whisk on a high setting in your mixer until it’s firm, while its mixing (about halfway) you can add in the vanilla extract.
You can use this leftover liquid in the Coconut Cream can in many other recipes.
