Whipped Coconut Cream

This is the easiest way to make perfect Whipped Coconut Cream every time. This is a great alternative to regular whipped cream and it goes with just about every dessert.

Whipped Coconut Cream
Time 10 mins | Makes 1 cup
Ingredients

  • 1 can Lite Coconut Cream (left in the fridge overnight)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract (or any flavouring you like, coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, cacao, etc.)

Method

To make the whipped coconut cream first place your mixing bowl in the freezer for 5 mins as a cold bowl produces a better result. Now open your can of coconut cream and scoop out the thick part of the cream and place in the bowl. Whisk on a high setting in your mixer until itโ€™s firm, while its mixing (about halfway) you can add in the vanilla extract.

You can use this leftover liquid in the Coconut Cream can in many other recipes.
