Time 80 mins | Serves 10
Ingredients
- ½ cup Almonds
- ½ cup Cashews
- ½ cup Walnuts
- ½ cup Macadamias
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Ground Ginger
- ½ tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp Ground Cloves
- ¼ tsp Ground Cardamom
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ cup chopped Naked Ginger
- ¼ cup Dried Goji berries
- ¼ cup chopped Dried Figs
- ¼ cup chopped Dried Apricots
- ¼ cup Sultanas
- ¼ cup Dried Cranberries
- ½ cup Shredded Coconut
- 180g Dark Chocolate
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Nut Butter
- 90g Dark Chocolate (extra)
Method
First make a cone shape out of baking paper to use as the mould.
To make the Tree, start by roasting the nuts in a 180°C oven for 5 -7 mins, then roughly chop them. Next mix in the Spices with the Nuts.
Now melt the 180g Dark Chocolate down and combine with the Vanilla and Nut Butter. The next step is to combine the Melted Chocolate with the Nuts and the remainder of the Ingredients (except the extra Chocolate). Once done fill the cone shape and leave in the freezer to set for an hour.
Once the tree has set, melt down the remaining 90g Chocolate and decorate the tree with it and anything else you like.
A show stopping centre-piece, cut it into slices to serve.
