Chia Pudding

Chia is one super food actually worthy of the title, packed with nutrients and low in calories. Chia Pudding is great for breakfast or as a snack.

Chia Pudding
Time 2 mins (plus overnight setting)| Serves 1

  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
  • 3/4 – 1 cup Almond Milk
  • Açaí Powder
  • sliced Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • crushed Nuts


Start by adding the Chia Seeds and Almond Milk to a bowl and combine then set aside in the fridge overnight.

Once set you you can combine some Açaí Powder into the Chia mixture if you like and you can layer the Strawberries, Blueberries and Nuts with the Chia mixture in a glass and serve.
