The flavours of a Cinnamon Bun in a tasty healthy smoothie.
Cinnamon Bun Dessert Smoothie

Ingredients
Nut & Spice Layer
- 1/4 cup Almonds
- 1/4 cup Walnuts
- 1/4 cup Cashews
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Cardamon Powder
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Chia
- 1/2 tsp Maca
Smoothie Layer
- 2 frozen large Bananas (or 3 small)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 4 – 5 Dates (softened in boiling water)
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Maca
Method
Start by roasting the nuts if you like. Crush the nuts and mix in the remainder of the ingredient sin the nut & spice layer.
To make the smoothie simply combine the ingredient sin a blender till smooth. Place this mixture into the freezer for 10 mins to firm up a bit.
To put it all together simply layer the Smoothie and Nut layers into a glass. One or two layers is nest. Top with some nutmeg and Cinnamon.
