Spicy Nut Mix
Time 15 mins | Makes 2 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup each Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, Macadamias
- 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 – 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp each Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cardamon, Ginger
- pinch each Himalayan Salt, Pepper
Method
First preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix all Ingredients together and then spread the mixture out onto a baking tray and roast for 8 – 10 mins (check regularly to prevent burning).
Once cooked leave to cool. If you like you can add in some dried fruit and chopped dark chocolate.
