Walnut Brownie Bars

Another of Sangeetha’s favourite desserts. An unbaked & healthier Brownie that’s rich and chocolaty.

Walnut Brownie Bars
Time 40 mins | Makes 12

  • 3/4 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Cacao Powder
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Nut Butter
  • 1/2 cup melted Cacao Butter
  • 1/2 cup Dates (softened in boiling water for 15 mins)
  • 2 – 3 tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts


Start by blending the Oats, Almonds, Cacao Powder and Coconut Sugar together. Next add in the remainder of the Ingredients except for the Walnuts. Once combined lightly blend in the Walnuts and that’s it.

Now press thew mixture into a tin and leave in the fridge to set (approx 30 mins). Once set simply cut it into bars and serve.
