A very simple recipe combining the unique flavour of Lavender with Lemon.
Lemon Lavender Bliss Balls
Time 30 mins | Makes 15 – 20
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cashews
- 1/4 cup Prunes
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest
- 1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp Lavender Flowers
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Method
First soak the Cashews and Prunes together in boiling water for 15 mins. Afterwards drain them and blend together till fine. Now add in the rest of the ingredients and blend till combined. Roll the mixture into small balls and then place in the fridge to firm up.
These can be eaten as is or if you want to make them a little more special you can drizzle or coat them in dark Chocolate and sprinkle some lemon zest and lavender over the top.
