This Super Healthy Green Smoothie is the perfect way to start your day!
Super Charged Green Juice
Time 5 mins | Serves 2
- 1 piece of Bitter Melon
- any other Greens of choice (celery, cucumber, spinach, kale, etc.)
- 1 Apple or Pear (for sweetness)
- 1/2 – 1 tsp Spirulina
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Açaí Powder
- any other spices or powders of choice (super greens, maca, protein, water lentils)
- 1/2 – 1 cup Water or Coconut Water
First roughly chop the vegetables and fruit and then blend everything together till smooth. This is best to drink before breakfast.
