Super Charged Green Juice

This Super Healthy Green Smoothie is the perfect way to start your day!

Super Charged Green Juice
Time 5 mins | Serves 2

  • 1 piece of Bitter Melon
  • any other Greens of choice (celery, cucumber, spinach, kale, etc.)
  • 1 Apple or Pear (for sweetness)
  • 1/2 – 1 tsp Spirulina
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Açaí Powder
  • any other spices or powders of choice (super greens, maca, protein, water lentils)
  • 1/2 – 1 cup Water or Coconut Water


First roughly chop the vegetables and fruit and then blend everything together till smooth.  This is best to drink before breakfast.
