White Chocolate Nutella
Time 15 mins | Makes 2 Cups (of each)
Ingredients
Version One (with Nuts)
- 1/2 cup Cashews (soaked in boiling water for 20 mins and drained)
- 1/2 cup roasted Hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup melted Cacao Butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Maca Powder
- 1/4 tsp each Cinnamon, Cardamom, Salt
- 1/4 cup Coconut Cream
Version Two (without Nuts)
- 1/3 cup cooked Chickpeas
- 1/8 cup melted Cacao butter
- 1/8 cup melted Coconut Butter (see video)
- 1 – 2 tbsp Coconut Cream
- 1 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Maca Powder
- 1/4 tsp each Cinnamon, Cardamom, Salt
Method
To make either variation simply blend all of the ingredients in a blender till smooth. Store in a jar in the fridge.
