White Chocolate Nutella

Vegan White Chocolate Nutella 2-Ways! Vegan Cashew and Chickpea Nutella recipes!

White Chocolate Nutella
Time 15 mins | Makes 2 Cups (of each)
Ingredients

Version One (with Nuts)

  • 1/2 cup Cashews (soaked in boiling water for 20 mins and drained)
  • 1/2 cup roasted Hazelnuts
  • 1/4 cup melted Cacao Butter
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Maca Powder
  • 1/4 tsp each Cinnamon, Cardamom, Salt
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Cream

Version Two (without Nuts)

  • 1/3 cup cooked Chickpeas
  • 1/8 cup melted Cacao butter
  • 1/8 cup melted Coconut Butter (see video)
  • 1 – 2 tbsp Coconut Cream
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Maca Powder
  • 1/4 tsp each Cinnamon, Cardamom, Salt

Method

To make either variation simply blend all of the ingredients in a blender till smooth. Store in a jar in the fridge.
