Pumpkin Pie Smoothie & Pumpkin Spice Latte

Use Pumpkin to make two tasty healthy vegan drinks: One Hot and one cold, great for any time of day!

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie & Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup cold Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 cup cold Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp each Cloves, Nutmeg, Ginger

Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Chai or Coffee
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp each Cloves, Nutmeg, Ginger
  • 2 – 3 tbsp Maple Syrup (to taste)

Method

To make the Pumpkin Pie Smoothie simply blend all of the ingredients till smooth. Add a little more almond milk if you want a thinner consistency.

For the Pumpkin Spiced Latte, first blend all of the ingredients together till smooth. Next heat the mixture gently in a pan and serve warm or hot (you can also serve this cold).

Top either drink with Whipped Coconut Cream and a sprinkle of spices if liked.
