Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed cauliflower pureed
- 3 tb melted cacao butter (or coconut oil)
- 3 tb maple syrup (or coconut syrup)
- 2tsp vanilla
- 3-5 tb almond milk
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1tsp cinnamon
- pinch salt
Method
Blend all ingredients together till smooth, adding a little more milk if too thick. Store in fridge then whip for a few minutes before using to frost any cake or cupcakes.
This is also nice to use as a dip with fresh fruit!
