Cauliflower Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed cauliflower pureed
  • 3 tb melted cacao butter (or coconut oil)
  • 3 tb maple syrup (or coconut syrup)
  • 2tsp vanilla
  • 3-5 tb almond milk
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • pinch salt

Method

Blend all ingredients together till smooth, adding a little more milk if too thick. Store in fridge then whip for a few minutes before using to frost any cake or cupcakes.

This is also nice to use as a dip with fresh fruit!
