- 1 cup walnuts
- 2 tb coconut sugar
- 1 tb coconut syrup or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp salt
Place all ingredients in a pan and cook on medium heat a few minutes, stirring, until the sugar is dissolved and sticky.
Spread onto baking paper to cool.
Store in an airtight jar.
Eat as a snack or use as decoration on cakes or toppings for desserts! You can also use these to top savoury dishes or sprinkled on salads. This is a great, healthier alternative to processed snacks!
