Vegan White Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup metled cacao butter
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter (at room temp) Or coconut butter melted
  • 1 tb maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch salt

Method

All ingredients should be at room temperature. Blend all ingredients together till smooth. Pour onto a tray lined with baking paper – or into chocolate moulds. Put in the freezer to set about 10-15mins. Store wrapped in foil in the freezer or fridge.

This can be eaten as is, or flavoured with other ingredients like spices, essences, even coloured! It can also be melted and used as decoration for a variety of desserts, or to make white chocolate ganash or choc shards/choc bark & sprinkled with nuts and fruits ect!
