White Chocolate & Strawberry ‘Eggnog’


  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any plant based milk)
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 & 1/2 tb melted cacao butter
  • 1 & 1/2 tb cashew butter
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp each cinnamon, nutmeg
  • pinch salt
  • 1/4 – 1 cup frozen strawberries


Blend all ingredients except berries, until smooth. Take out 3/4 of the mixture and put in fridge to chill. Blend the strawberries into the remaining 1/4 of the mixture. – Put this into the bottom of a glass then put in freezer so it becomes semi-frozen (This keeps the layers from mixing otherwise they will mix and drink will be all pink but still delicious!). After strawberry mix is semi-frozen, pour the other mixture on top and sprinkle with more cinnamon & nutmeg. Serve cold.
