(Easy Healthy) Ginger Beer


  • 1-2cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1/4 cup orange juice (about 1/2 medium orange)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1/2 – 1 tsp ground ginger (to taste)
  • sparkling water


Blend everything (except sparkling water) until smooth. Pour into 1 or 2 glasses and top up with sparkling water. Enjoy! 🙂
