Cookie Dough 1
Ingredients:
- 1 + 1/2 cup almond meal
- 2 tb maple syrup
- 1 tb coconut oil
- 1 tb vanilla paste or extract
- 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
Cookie Dough 2
Ingredients:
- 1 cup drained chickpeas
- 3 tb nut butter
- 1 + 1/2 tb maple syrup
- 1 + 1/2 tb vanilla paste or extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
Method:
Blend all the ingredients for cookie dough 1 (except chocolate) till smooth, then add in the chocolate. Press into a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
Blend all the ingredients for cookie dough 2 (except chocolate) till smooth, then add in the chocolate and press on top of the previous layer.
Place in the freezer till firm, then cut into squares.
Alternatively eat either cookie dough just as it is!
*Recipe can be doubled for larger quantity*
