- Coffee Beans
- Block of dark chocolate 70% cacao
- coconut, choc shavings, crushed nuts for coating (optional)
Melt chocolate, dip the coffee beans in to coat and place on baking paper. Put in freezer to set. Next, do a second coating of chocolate on the beans and roll in coconut, choc shavings or crushed nuts if liked, or just leave plain. Put in freezer to set then store in fridge or freezer till needed.
