Ingredients (serves 1 – 2)
- 1 + 1/2 cups coconut cream ice cubes (made by pouring a can of coconut cream into ice cube trays & placing in freezer till firm)
- 1 cup almond milk (or any plant based milk)
- 1 tb espresso powder
- 1 tb cacao powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Blend all ingredients together till smooth.
Pour into a glass or glasses (put a choc rim on the glasses with melted chocolate if liked). Decorate with whipped coconut cream and chocolate coffee beans. Enjoy!
