This Melon Smoothie looks just like Watermelon, with the Green layer and the Red layer with the Chia seeds for the watermelon seeds.
Melon Smoothie

Ingredients
Green Layer
- 1 cup Frozen Honey Dew Melon
- 1 med Frozen Zucchini
- 1 med Frozen Banana
- ¼ cup Water
Red Layer
- 1 cup Frozen Raspberries
- 1 sml Frozen Banana
- 1 cup Frozen Watermelon
- ¼ cup Water
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
Method
Start by making the green layer. Combine the Honey Dew, Zucchini, Banana and Water in a blender and keep to the side. Add another ¼ cup Water if too thick.
Next for the red layer combine the Raspberries, Banana and Watermelon in a blender. Next add in the Water and Chia and blend again.
Serve half the Green layer in each glass, then half the Red each on top.
