Ingredients
- 1 frozen medium banana
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup almond milk – cold (chill in fridge before using)
- 1/2 cup coconut cream – cold (chill in fridge before using)
- 2 scoops vegan vanilla icecream
- 1 tsp peppermint essence (according to taste)
- 1 tsp match powder (according to taste)
Method
Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped coconut cream. Add some grated orange zest if liked (or top with some grated chocolate)!
