Shamrock Shake – St Patrick’s Day Treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen medium banana
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup almond milk – cold (chill in fridge before using)
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream – cold (chill in fridge before using)
  • 2 scoops vegan vanilla icecream
  • 1 tsp peppermint essence (according to taste)
  • 1 tsp match powder (according to taste)

Method

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped coconut cream. Add some grated orange zest if liked (or top with some grated chocolate)!
