- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 tb coconut syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tb expresso powder
- 1/4 cup whiskey
Blend everything together until smooth. Put in a glass or glasses with ice if liked. Can top with whipped coconut cream and a drizzle of coconut syrup, or add in a scoop of vegan whiskey ice cream (check out my recipe for that!).
- 2 & 1/2 tb whiskey
- 2 tb lemon juice
- 1 tb maple syrup
- 1 & 1/2 tb aquafaba (liquid from a can of chickpeas)
- 1 tsp lemon zest (or 2 dashes bitters)
Blend everything together till smooth. Put in a glass or glasses with ice if liked. Garnish with a cherry or neon or orange slice (As the drink sits it will separate so that the foam layer will be on the top).
