Summer Mocktails

Unwind with these perfect healthy holiday mocktails. Fun, tasty and packed with nutrients! Banana Piña Colada, Strawberry Daiquiri, Ginger & Mango Mojito.

Summer Mocktails
Time 5 mins | Each Serves 4
Ingredients

Banana Piña Colada

  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1 can coconut Milk
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple/Orange Juice
  • 1 – 2 Frozen Bananas

Strawberry Daiquiri

  • 1 1/2 cups Sparkling Water
  • 2 cups Frozen Strawberries
  • Juice of 1/2 a Lime
  • Maple syrup to taste

Ginger & Mango Mojito

  • 3/4 cup Lime Juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh Mint Leaves
  • a few strips of Lime Zest
  • a few pieces of fresh Ginger
  • Maple Syrup to taste
  • a few small cubes of frozen Mango
  • 2 cups Sparkling Water

Method

To make the Banana Piña Colada, simply blend all the ingredients till smooth. Serve in  a glass dipped in chocolate and coconut (see video).

For the Strawberry Daiquiri first blend all the Strawberries and Lime Juice together till smooth, then add in the Sparkling Water and Maple Syrup. If liked you can serve topped with Whipped Coconut Cream and fresh strawberries.

To make the Ginger & Mango Mojito, first crush the Mint Leaves with the Lime Zest and Ginger, then mix with the Lime Juice and Maple Syrup. Add in the Sparkling Water and Mango Cubes. Serve topped with some more fresh Mint Leaves.
